Data Protection Code

1) Data Controller
Carel S.p.A., with registered offices in Brugine (PD), via dell′industria 11 (hereinafter the Company), in the quality of Data Controller, shall collect and process your personal data and Under section 13 D. Lgs. 30 June 2003 n. 196, Data Protection Code (hereinafter the Data Protection Code) provides you with the following information.

2) Purposes of the processing and consent
Your personal data shall be processed in order to: (1) comply with obligations and exercise rights according to the contract concluded with you and in order to provide post sale service; (2) comply with obligations imposed by law, regulations, community legislation, such as fiscal or accounting issues (invoicing, written undertakings and accounting registrations). The processing and the communication of personal data for the purposes indicated, does not require your consent, under sections 24, lett. a), b), d) and f) of the Data Protection Code.

3) Modalities of the processing
Your personal data shall be processed with electronic means, complying with the Data Protection Code and guaranteeing security and confidentiality. We shall process your personal data for the entire period of the contractual relationship, and subsequently, in accordance with legal obligations concerning the retention of fiscal and accounting documents. Afterwards the data shall be destroyed.

4) Communication and dissemination of data
For the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be communicated to: (i) professionals in charge of the assistance and implementation services, (ii) agents, (iii) professionals and consultants in legal, fiscal and accounting areas; (iv) Carel branches.
Your personal data may also come to the attention of the persons in charge of the processing of the Commercial, Marketing, Administration, Technical, Software and Operations Depts. and of the company ERRENNEGI S.r.l. (part of the Carel Group) that, in the quality of data processor, runs Carel IT systems.

6) Right of access
With request to the contacts indicated above you will be able to exercise your rights according to section 7 of the Data Protection Code, among which, as for example, 1) obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists ; 2) be informed: of the source of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing [], of the identification data concerning data controller, data processor and representative designated, of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity of data processor or person in charge of the processing; 3) obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully []; 4) object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you []; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication.
